Hi, some aspects reg. the functionality of the function find-modulations seem somewhat unclear: what kinds of modulations does this function support? Is it diatonic, chromatic, enharmonic, etc.?
For instance, if one tries (find-modulations '(major f 4) 'minor 1) the result is "error! check parameters.", not indicating what it does not like where instead one would expect d minor chord as resulting modulator. Thanks for clarification in advance.Jaya

Hi, it works with any predefined scales and chords, and those you have defined by your own. It finds candidate tonalities which have the least amount of differences - most pleasing modulation has just a couple of different notes.

You probably noticed that there is no minor tonality in your example. Use existing name, or define minor tonality and it will work ok. Difference 1 seldom finds results. Increase difference to find more candidate solutions.

(find-modulations '(major f 4) 'melodic-minor 2)
