Datos Vivos/Living Data 2025
TDWG to meet with GEO BON, GBIF, and OBIS in Bogotá, 21-24 October
We invite you to submit a proposal for an organized session at Datos Vivos/Living Data 2025, our joint meeting, from 21 to 24 October in Bogotá, Colombia. Sessions should reflect the work of GBIF, GEO BON, OBIS and TDWG including, but not limited to monitoring and observation of the natural world, data standards, data mobilization and the ways in which these efforts contribute to policy-making and our understanding of bio- and geodiversity. Sessions should reflect at least one of Living Data’s four themes:
- Open data
- Data integration
- Biodiversity data application
- Community engagement, participation and capacity building
Organized sessions can be symposia, panel discussions, lightning sessions, and other formats in which the primary purpose is to convey information and engage the audience. Workshops are welcome, but must be approved by the Organizing Committee prior to submission. Learn more about this call and submit your proposal on the Living Data website.
