Hi Magnus,
I'm trying solution #3 (compiling symbiosys with my VST) but I'm
getting this error. It's VST 2.4, SDK 10.5, OSX 10.6.8, Xcode 3.2.6.
I've done everything as specified in the docs, but the compiler seems
not to find a definition to the class NSView. Can you help me?

Nevermind, I forgot to include the Cocoa frameworks.
But I have a question: does Symbiosis work with VSTGUI 3.0? I get a
bunch of not referenced symbol errors...

Yes, it does. I'm using it with VSTGUI 3.6. Which symbols? I had had those errors to and maybe you can jog my memory...
