i have prepared some plans for quark.i want an informal meeting to be

We can have a informal meeting but try posting atleast a brief description of your idea. Then after that we all can think about it and have the informal meeting.

i gave some idea about it in the meeting we had on quark event.i have
prepared a theme like amazing race which basically has 3 rounds.all
rounds are related with some points on gen bio and some high level
bio.for the last round which i am thinking to involve the 2nd yearites
idea of biomimmickry i need some consultancy from u guys.

Fine go ahead and frame your event properly but make sure it is not too much bio related coz we want other discipline ppl also to participate. If you face any problem contact any senior. There will be a meeting soon so till then think of the event completely and try to eliminate the flaws.
