Symbide 0.1.1 released

That this release comes out very short after 0.1 is explained by a
some major improvements:

* symbide now runs under windows xp (maybe on other windows versions
too)

* it is now possible to define own functions very easily like:
f(x,y)=x*y+a

* since xml/xsl is not supported by all browsers, it's now possible
to export worksheets as html/css files.

* some bugfixes
