Norton Internet Security email filtering - how do I receive emails??

On a computer that has Norton Internet Security 2006. I went into
"statistics", "view logs", "email filtering". In the Log Viewer, I saw
headers of emails from friends that were incorrectly identified as
"spam", I can't figure to how to receive these emails.
Clicking the mouse in Log Viewer doesn't do anything.
I use Outlook Express, but no messages went into its inbox
or any other of its folders. Can someone please tell
me how to read these messages? Thank you.
