Upgrade to 8.03 breaks functions

I just preformed an online upgrade from 8.01 or 8.00 to 8.03. After
the upgraded my Winfax was broken. If I try to send a fax and click
on the name in the phone book. All I get is the name no listing for
the phone number. I type the number in and try to send and it makes
me manual dial. I can then let if fail, go to the outbox and choose
modify destination and enter the phone. It will dial out. I deciced
there was something wrong with dialing. I then went to setup dialing
and the box appears. I can enter every option except dialing. It
kills the program. Just to clarify. Setup->Dialing->Dialing kills
program.

There is no editreg program on NT. I used regedt32 but could not
find any references near the article. I think a file that contains
the information on user phone number with area code. was damaged or
missing. What is the file that is changed by the Winfax Pro Setup
Option-- Dialing Option-- Dialing Option. The General, Dialing,
Calling Cards, Off-Peak options only the Dialing does not work. The
other three work. But if I choose the Dialing it kills WinFax Pro.
I do not see any errors. It just returns to the main screen with out
the program running. It is lost from the task manager.
