Configuration Information:
Version: pcANYWHERE32 8.0
Operating system: Windows NT 4.0 SP3

After install of PCanywhere(32) on NT4 + service pack 3
the reboot fails due to
PAGE FAULT IN UNPAGED MEMORY....
(sorry this happenned at the site of a customer - so I do
not currently have direct access to the error message. I
also do not have the licence/purchase info but can obtain
if required.)
NT can then be booted only in vga mode. After which it
indicates a problem with the graphics driver, saying it
must be re-installed. Re-installing the graphics card
driver(ATI)while in vga mode, and rebooting was unsuccessful.
De-installing PCanywhere (while in vga mode) allows a normal boot to
occur.
I urgently need to be able to run PCanywhere on this machine. Any
advice would be appreciated.
