Hi,
I`m having serious problems during remote control via TCP/IP. I`m
using version 8.02 (I had no problems with version 7.5 - problems
started when I upgraded to v.8.0).
So, during remote control via TCP/IP (host is on LAN, I`m on modem)
session closes and I get blue screen on host machine, here is a part
of blue screen I see:
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT _HANDLED***
..
..
..
Address dword dump Build[1381] -Name
f5ca1acc f6734a38 f6734a38 00000001 00000003 00000003 00000003
-AW_HOST.SYS
I hope you can help me and thanks.

We need to determine if the problem is with the TCP/IP network protocol or
pcANYWHERE32. If possible, make a modem connection between the systems and
see if you connect without any problems. If this works then the issue is
with the protocol. Try reversing the roles of the computer and see if you
can make a TCP/IP protocol connection. If this works then the issue is
narrowed down to the original host system.
Confirm that Service Pack 3 for NT 4.0 has been applied to the system. If
it has, reapply it and see if this helps out. If the issue continues, what
is the ping time between the remote and host systems? Is a bridge or
router being used on the network? Which video card is installed on the
host system, and has the latest video driver, from the vendor, been
applied?
Good luck and please let me know the results.
