PCAnywhere video compatiblity

Running PCAnywhere 10.5 on W2000 pro and have always run in compatibility
mode. I just changed the video card to one that is compatable with
accelerated mode. Do I need to reinstall PCAnywhere for this change to
work?

It doesn't seem to accept the accelerated mode option. I know it needs to
be restarted but the selection doesn't stay if I close and reopen the app
without rebooting. (restarting this machine is an ordeal).
