Confirm that the latest video drivers from the each vendor, has been
applied to the system. Once this is done install pcANYWHERE32 and see if
this clears up the problem. If the issue continues, what other programs
and services are running? If they are disabled, does it correct the
problem?
Good luck and please let me know if the issue continues.

At this point the issue may be a corrupted install of pcANYWHERE32. Try
removing and reinstalling pcANYWHERE32 to a directory other than the
default such as, C:\PCAW32. This will change the registry setting and may
resolve the issue. If it does not, is the video card a PCI or AGP model?
Please let me know your response.
1. Install NT 4.0 w/SP3 at VGA mode.
2. Install PCA32 v8.02
3. Change to a 3rd-party video driver
4. Only get 16 colors at 640x480 (vga.sys, awvideo.dll)
I've noticed (3) other users have reported similar problems.
One of your technician responded that this is a common issue with
awvideo.dll wanting to remain hooked to the vga driver, unless one
uninstall PCA32.
Please consult with your software engineers and see if they can
duplicate this. They will need to re-install NT.
