I am using pcanywhere 8.0 on Windows NT 4.0
workstation machine with a AVM fritz card.
When I am doing a remote session (ISDN via
Capi 2.0) to the this machine and starting the file transfer
the throughput rate drops to 0 and I can not
stop the session.
Can anyone help me?
Thanks in advance.

Confirm that the latest CAPI driver for your device has been applied to the
system. The following document from our Knowledge Base provides other CAPI
information:

If the issue continues, obtain the following ISDN troubleshooting document

Good luck and please let me know if the issue continues.

thank you for your answer, but the issue continues.
I checked the version of the avm capi (03.06.11) and
it seems that this will be the latest version.
Do you have any additional suggestions?
Or any other things I can check?
Thanks
Jörg
