can not connect to host / can not stop the service

Hi there
When I try to start the host I get a message saying "can not stop the
service". I have this problem after I have updated to version 8.02 Build
220. Before that happened, the remote could simply not find the host (which
is connected to two networks). I use a Dell Optiplex DGX 5133, 128 ram, NT
4.0 SP3 as the remote and a a 166Mhz 32 Ram multiscreen as the host. Your
help is very much appreciated.
