Where can I download initial setup files?

Hi I have a problem of having to reinstall my OS XP every 3 months or so
sometimes more or less a few months depending on my mishap - I have a slow
56kb dial up connection, and when I reinstall Norton Internet Security 2005
it takes forever to download the required files untill it is completed (
with about 5 reboots and cost of 5 dial up local calls ). My question is is
it possable to download the files it needs to my hard drive so that I can
then put them onto a cd for when I have to reinstall Norton again and not go
through the 4 to 5 hours it takes in the first place? If so how and where ie
what web page?
