Running LiveUpdate At System Startup

I have a WinXP Home SP2 system with NAV2005 installed. I have put a
link the LiveUpdate in the Programs/Startup folder to run LiveUpdate
when the system is booted up. However, LiveUpdate runs in the
foreground and I am required to hit the "Close" after it runs. I would
like to have LiveUpdate run in the background. Is there some
command-line option I can give LiveUpdate to accomplish this?
