Strange problem with XDBdown.cmd

Hi.

I've been using Rcegetter.bat/rcescript.txt to download Symantec
Antivirus Corporate Edition 9.x definition updates with much success
for quite awhile, but it stopped working over the weekend, as Symantec
has changed a few things on their FTP site. I was able to get things
running again by modifying the scripts.

Upon further investigation, today I came across XDBdown.cmd. I got it
working ... to a point. Instead of downloading the latest *.xdb file,
it downloads whatsnew.txt instead. I made no modifications to the
script other then setting RAPIDRELEASE=1 and specifying the SAVCE
directory.

Has anyone else seen this behavior? If so, what's the fix?
