Hi Tim,

First can you attach other files to an email message? Have you tried
attaching other messages from the sent folder, to test if it is just a
single message or any message in the folder?

Let us know if we can be of further help.

Thanks, Jim, for the quick reply.

Answers to your questions:

Q: First can you attach other files to an email message?
A: Yes. I can attach Word.doc's, for example, either to an e-mail
initiated from ACT or initiated from Outlook98.

Q: Have you tried attaching other messages from the sent folder, to

test if it is just a single message or any message in the folder?

A: Yes. I've tried others from the Sent Items folder and even from
other folders I've created.

Please continue to help. I sure was hoping you'd respond initially,
that this was a known problem being fixed. No such luck, huh?

Thanks,
-Tim-
