Hi Markus,
What version of ACT! do you have installed, ACT! 4.0 Windows German,
or ACT! 4.0 Windows English?
If your version is the German version I don't believe the 4.02 update
is available. I think you can only update to 4.01. You should check
with the Leiden office to make sure the update is available.
Let us know what version so we can continue.
