There was no trouble in installing Bootlock.
After my password is accepted,a message,"Loading database...",is on
the screen and a cursor is blinking but
it won't happen anything(stop).
I used Emergency Unlock so that I can use Windows95 right now, but
still I have the same trouble after installing bootlock again.

I am using Japanese Version.
Could you give me any advise?

Thank you

Hi Kiyotaka,

Thank you for posting in our on-line discussion group.

I wanted to apologize for the length it took to respond to your
message. Please take my sincere apology and I hope you continue to
post to our newsgroup in the future.

Boot the computer with your Emergency Unlock Disk (EUD).
At the prompt enter:

EUNLOCK

Eunlock will scan your hard drive to locate the user database. This
make take up to an hour or more if you have a very large hard drive.
Enter your username and password when prompted. If your password is
accepted, BootLock will be removed. Remove the EUD from the floppy
drive and reboot the computer. If your password is not accepted, keep
trying. Eunlock will search the drive for another user database. If
no other user database is found on the hard drive, Eunlock will use
the database on the EUD.

NOTE:
If your version of Norton Your Eyes Only is previous to version 4.03,
Eunlock will return to an A: prompt if your password was not accepted.
In this case, enter:

EUNLOCK /F

at the prompt. This will force Eunlock to use the user database on
the EUD.

Run Scandisk and check the drive for errors.

Please let me know what you find.
