YEO in a dual boot win95/NT4.0 environment

Here is the situation -

A SINGLE computer which is dual boot Window95 / Win NT 4.0 computer.

Your Eyes Only Version: NYEO W95 1.0 3H RET is currently installed on
the Windows 95 system.

Required Result:
Install NYEO on the Windows NT system. (Win95 and NT share the same
physical disks).

Optional Result:
(hey, this is beginning to sound like an mcse question)
1. Be able to open the win95 encrypted files when booting up with
Windows NT 4.0 Server.

2. Be able to open the NT4.0 encrypted files when booting up with
Win95.
