SENDING BATCH FAXES

HAVE RECENTLY PURCAHSED 8.0 UPGRADED FROM 4.0 uSE wINFAX TO BATCH
FAX ITEMS TO MANY DIFFERENT FAX NUMBERS AT ONCE. wITH THE OLD 4.0
WHEN YOU WERE SEND OUT TRANSMISSIONS YOU COULD PICK OUT A "GROUP" AND
CLICK ON THAT GROUPD AND ALL NUMBERS IN THAT GROUP WOULD BE SENT
AUTOMATICALLY. nOW IN 8.0 THE GROUPING BUTTON IS GONE AND i CANNOT
FIND ANYWAY TO use a grouping feature to send one document to
multiple fax numbers. Help

Hi Ted,

When using the Winfax Pro send screen, simply drag and drop the
highlighted recipients from the phonebook on the right to the
recipient list on the left. All recipients in that recipient list
will receive the fax.

You can group fax recipients into folders within phonebooks in your
phonebooks section of Winfax Pro. Then, when you go to send, you can
select the entire phonebook and drag it to the recipient list. All
recipients in that folder will appear in the recipient list at that
point.
