Sending faxes from Word or Excel

Configuration Information:
Operating system: --Other--

I use Windows 95 and WinFax Pro 8.0. My question is when I have
created a chart in Word or Excel with borders and faxed it, why do
the words/numbers shift up and out of the boxes of my chart? I look
forward to hearing from you. What has WinFax Pro 9.0 done to correct
this? Thanks.

Start Word:

1. Tools
2. Options
3. Compatibility TAB
4. Recommended Options drop down MS word 6.0/95
5. Check on "Use printer metrics to lay out document"
6. Check on "Use Word 6.x/95 border rules"
