What make/model of printer are you using?
Is it local or on a network?
How much memory does the printer have (in case it is a Laser printer)
Do the faxes VIEW ok in WinFax?
As a test, change your video driver to plain VGA, and see if it helps. Go to Start, Settings, Control Panel, Display, Settings,
Advanced, and Change the Adapter. You may need to Show all devices and choose Standard VGA. If this fixes it you would want to
try a different driver that gives you the colors and resolution you want, but that does not crash. You could contact your video
manufacturer and see if they have a new driver. You may also want to delete then reinstall your current driver.
Also if you are not yet running WinFax version 8.03 please upgrade using LiveUpdate.
