CLOSE WinFax and Controller:
1. Rename the WINFAX\DATA directory to WINFAX\TEMP
2. Create a new Data directory
3. Start WinFax again
4. Import phone books back in from the TEMP folder.
5. Next try WinFax to see if problem reoccurs.
