modem not recognized by talkworks

Hello Chris,

If Talkworks detects this modem as Fax/Data only, it is not compatible with
the Talkworks options of WinFax PRO. You should still be able to send and
receive faxes using WinFax PRO 8.0

recognize it.
I've downloaded the newest "patch" from Symantec, and my
modem--HCF--is not on the config list.
Do you have a patch, or a way around this problem??
