Hello Steve,

Bypass the initial multimedia setup by holding the SHIFT key while inserting
the CD ROM.

Then, from the WINFAX80 directory click on the SETUP.EXE file to begin the
installation.

Hope this helps,

Sincerely,

I have recently had to wipe my laptop harddrive and am re-setting
everything. When I came to re-load winfax pro 8.0 the CD rom just
hangs, with the loading, please wait........ message along the
screen. The computer hangs and I have to exit. PLease help.

Should I upgrade to winfax 9 - is it any better than 8.0 because I
have a dim view of this programme as it is. Please send me the
upgrade improvements so I may judge.

If I criticise your web pages, will you refuse to answer my tech
questions. Just a comment, but your pages are designed for maximum
effort from your patrons and minimal effort for your staff. I went
through 10 or more pages just to be able to write you this letter,
including going around in circles a couple of times.

Thanks
