Diamond Multimedia SupraExpress 56i Pro & WFAX8

I am trying to install Winfax pro 8 with a DiamondE Multimedia
SupraExpress 56i PRO internal 56K voice/data/fax modem. It's
recognised as a Rockwell Class I voice modem, but has problems
recognizing when put in fax receive mode or when using talkworks.

The driver its loaded under W95 is actually the 56 V PRO..

Anyone been successful in installing this modem with Winfax 8 and
Talkworks?

I was unable to get the external version running with WinFAX 8. The
system recognized the modem, but I got TAPI errors whenever WinFAX
tried to use it. After many attempts to fix it, Diamond tech support
told me to return the modem and that the problem was my system. No
kidding...

Somewhere I heard of a conflict with a video card and I think your plug and
play modem but I'm not sure.
