Try the following to determine if there is a conflict with the video driver
installed with Windows:
1. Lower the "Graphics Acceleration" option in Windows .
a) Click on START, SETTINGS, CONTROL PANEL
b) Click on SYSTEM icon.
c) Click on the PERFORMANCE Tab.
d) Click on GRAPHICS.
e) lower the hardware acceleration.
d) click OK, then OK again.
2. Lower the amount of displayable colors in Windows.
a) Click on START, SETTINGS, CONTROL PANEL
b) Click on DISPLAY icon.
c) Click on the SETTINGS Tab.
e) lower the "Color pallete" to 256 colors or less
d) click APPLY, then OK. You may need to restart your computer.
3. Switch the video resolution to Standard VGA to see if the problem still
exists. If not, the problem could be the video driver itself.
4. Obtain the latest Windows video drivers from the video card manufacturer.

Configuration Information:
Operating system: --Other--
I am having problems with wfxctl32. The computer devleoped a problem
that required a re-install of windows 95 to replace some missing
DLL's. After the re-install WinFax pro 8.03 would not work and would
lock the system up. I found that by using the task window I could
have end the task on wfxctl32 and the winfax program wold work. With
wfxctl32 running it would lock up both the winfax pro and other
applications, windows 95 would not shut down properly either. If the
wfxctl32 was shut down then the rest of the system would work
properly.
I need to get this running since it is on a business system and the
person using it is in dire need of it. We installed it on her other
computer and it is working from that machine but she wants it back on
hers and working properly. Any ideas.
