I downloaded a free Winfax 98 trial demo

Configuration Information:
Network: Windows 95

I ended up with a million separate icons on my desktop, that would
not arrange. Result = I deleted the whole Winfax 98 before even
being able to use it. Also, it seemed to download it twice; which in
effect comsumed too much space on my hard drive. I really did want
to try Winfax 98 as if I was satisfied I would buy it. (if I can
figure out what is going on.) I hope to hear back from someone soon.

Hello Beth,

Thanks for your posting.

Do you recall what you were doing that let up to the icons being written
to the desktop?

Did you use the Uninstall to remove the trial version or did you just
delete the files?

Unfortunately, the trial version can only be installed once on a system.
If it has been removed, you will not be able to reinstall it, even
downloading again.
