MFC30EN.DLL & MFC30LOC.DLL - ???

I've been having some problems recovering from I think might be a minor virus
on my system.

I'm running Windows 95 and Winfax 8.03

As part of cleaning things up, I temporarily uninstalled Norton AntiVirus and
Norton Utilities. Shortly after doing that, I received (sometimes) error
message on the startup of Winfax 8.03 that said files MFC30EN.DLL and
MFC30LOC.DLL could not be found. Both of these files apparently resided in
the C:\windows\system directory.

I strongly suspect they are Winfax / Symantec files, as the problem only
occurs on Winfax startup and it didn't start occuring until I deleted 2 other
Symantec programs, Norton AntiVirus and Norton Utilities.

Has anybody seen this problem? Does anybody have these files on their system?
