DelrinaFax Pro 8.0 - Groups/Subgroups Faxes

I have many groups in my phonebook.
In some of them, I have several persons sharing the same fax and,
hence fax-number.
I would like to be able to send any of the persons belonging to such
a subgroup her faxes, with her name/adress, each one getting her
exemplars. This isn't a problem, but I want to be able to do it in
one fax-connexion per site. Ie ring that subgroup-fax, send all faxes
for this subgroup in one call BUT each person getting her own
correctly named faxes. After that go over to next subgroup or
individual.

Is it possible to do this?

Yes, if you use something like Word and the Winfax Word Macro to fax
to each group.

Hi Mrs Lorenc,

I don't see how to do. What I want is to be able to send all faxes
for one subgroup having the same fax number in only one fax call. For
now I can send them everything but need to call the fax as often as
there are people in that subgroup.

Hi:
You have multiple people with one fax number.
You wish each person to receive a fax independant of the other?

Use the Word macro , create one letter and many addresses
Do the merge
Then send the fax using only ONE fax number.

Winfax , nor the macro can search for you , you have to do this
manually.
