Faxes 1/2 page

Configuration Information:
Operating system: --Other--

I have installed a new 56K fax/voice modem and when I try faxing. The
receiver only receives about half a page.

It is a Class 1 and 2 modem and under properties I placed it in Class
2. Any advice?

hi, first install it as Class 1 the preferred class with Winfax.
