office 97 and file attachment

i am experiencing frustration with getting my winfax pro 7.0 (
released in december of 95, according to
the help notes with the program) to work with microsoft office 97--i
believe i have downloaded all
updates from symantec site, but simply cannot attach word files for
faxing--the conversion of the
document to a fax image does not happen--i have, however, finally
gotten to the point where i can fax a
document which has been opened--this means i can't send multiple
files by fax--could you let me know
what things i should try to do in order to resolve? i have read
posting by webber and mulkey

any suggestions would be appreciated

Please ensure that WinFax is set as the Default Printer.
