I have an aptiva S-64 with a USR sporster internal modem. It seems
that this modem willl not wake up the aptiva to receaive incoming
faxes. Thus, my ring central feature of the aptiva is useless. Which
of your products can I purchase which will wake up my apttiva to
receive faxes when the computer is not turned on????Thanks for your
advice

Hi,
This modem has nothing to do with your aptiva. Winfax will not
receive a call, if it thinks the computer is turned off. In essence,
when your power management features power down, this is the message
they send Winfax. Solution: Disable powermenagement features.
