Ever since I posted an upgrade to my Winfax pro and it installed
"talkworks" I have been completely unable to receive a fax!

I have been though all of the help files to no avail! I set up a fax
only profile but it appears to be trying to answer every call as a
voice message.

How do I get rid of talkworks? I want winfax for faxes and could
care less about voice calls on this line. You have taken a great
product and made it next to useless for me!

Clint, which upgrade did you apply?
To return to Winfax only, you need to uninstall and reinstall, Custom,
choosing Winfax only.
