If your modem supports eavesdropping, turn on eavesdropping in Winfax
and you will be able to pickup an extension/phone without it
disconnecting. Your modem should be a voice supported modem in
Talkworks, or you will receive irregular behaviour.

You may have Talkworks always on or always off, there is no scheduling
of when to answer to voice and when to answer to fax. If you wish to
disable Talkworks while you are at the computer, then go to Winfax,
Talkworks, Setup and Active Profile. Select FAX ONLY. Then when you
wish to receive both,return and in Active Profiel, pick your mailvox
setup. Of course , autoreceive and the controller must be active to
receive calls.

I don't know what you mean by "two days". Winfax 8 will be supported
here for some time yet. IF you wish a break in the upgrade, you
should do it now. Or you will have to pay full price for Version 9.
These problems have nothing to do with Fixes, they are just issues in
setup and functionality.
