Failure to disconnect on hang-ups & data mailboxes

2 separate questions.

1. Talkworks (with WInfax Pro 8.0) answers faxes and messages okay.
If a caller hangs-up without leaving a message, the record initiates
and continues until timed length occurs. I've tried adjusting
senstivity both directions but it appears to have little, if any,
effect.

2. I've installed PCAnywhere, place it in host mode, and have
Talkworks with a data mailbox. When PCAnywhere remote calls, host
(using WINFAX/TALKWORKS) shows answering data mailbox (calling
sequence has mailbox number included) but no subsequent connection
made between PC anywhere. When Talkworks controller is closed
(leaving PCANYWHERE) PCANYWHERE answers call and makes connection
with remote.

1. How can I get Talkworks to hang-up with recording on disconnects.

2. How do I get Talkworks mailbox to hand off or otherwise connect
to PCANYWHERE?
