Configuration Information:
Version: pcANYWHERE32 8.0
Operating system: Windows 98

I enjoyed messing around with pca and its remote control features but
i find it very slow, what is my problem?:
coaxial connetion between computers
or
is it that I use ipxspx protocal

if the speed issue is because i use ipxspx then what should use.
If I use tcp/ip connection to a cable modem can I still use tcp/Ip?

thanx

A connection over a local area network, regardless of the protocol,
should not be too slow. If it is, most likely this is due to the video
of the host not being properly controlled by pcANYWHERE32.

I recommend changing the way pcANYWHERE32 uses the host's video card
to help resolve this issue. The following steps will walk you through
doing this:

1. From the main window of the pcANYWHERE32 host, click on the File
menu.
2. Click on Application Options.
3. Click on the Host Operation tab.
4. Set the Video mode selection to Accelerator disabled. If this
setting does not work, then try the Compatibility selection instead.
5. Click on the OK button.

If this fails, does this issue occur if the remote connects to a
different host? Or, if a different remote connects to the original
host?

Please let us know if these recommendations do not resolve the issue.
