Are you using pcANYWHERE32 over a Dial-Up Networking (DUN) connection
to access the host's Microsoft Outlook Express, or are you connecting
over DUN and then using your remote's Outlook Express as a client?

Where does the page fault occur at, on the remote or on the host?

Where did you uninstall and reinstall the products at, on the remote
or on the host?

If you are making a DUN connection and use Outlook Express on the
remote in a network environment to the server, does this issue occur
if you do not load and run pcANYWHERE32 on the remote and host?

Does uninstalling pcANYWHERE32 resolve this issue?

What Service Pack are you using for NT? What network protocol are you
using to connect over DUN and pcANWHERE32 with?

Please let us know the answers to these questions so that we can
better assist you with this issue.
