I tried the solution for when Dial up networking comes up when you
try to connect to a pc via tcp/ip network connection. I turned the
dial up connection off.And that did not work.
Any Ideas ?

I recommend removing your Dial-Up Networking (DUN) adapter in the
Network properties of the Control Panel to resolve this issue. Before
you do, however, please note any information that you will need to
reenter to it after you have reinstalled it later.
Once it is removed, check to see if pcANYWHERE32 then waits correctly
over your TCP/IP network card.
If so, then reinstall DUN. pcANYWHERE32 should continue to wait over
the TCP/IP network card after DUN is reinstalled. If not, try
disabling the prompt for connection feature again.
Please let us know if these recommendations do not resolve the issue.
