Are you using Dial-Up Networking (DUN) to a Remote Access Server
(RAS), or to a host waiting over the Internet?

If you are connecting over RAS, and the host is running on Windows 95,
you will need to use NetBIOS instead of TCP/IP to enable pcANYWHERE32
to work over DUN.

For DUN and RAS, I recommend the following document that is available
on our Knowledge Base:

DUN and RAS Configurations for pcANYWHERE32

For Internet and TCP/IP, I recommend the following documents that are
available on our Knowledge Base:

Using pcANYWHERE32 over an Internet Connection
http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/pca.nsf/docid/199792482420

Using TCP/IP With pcANYWHERE32

Please let us know if these recommendations do not resolve the issue.
