Which version of Windows CE are you running? If it is Windows CE version
1.x, confirm that the latest update from Microsoft has been applied. If
you are running Windows CE version 2.x, can you dock with the desktop?
This process will confirm if HPC Explorer has been installed on the system
and does not require any interface with pcANYWHERE CE.
Also, I recommend you download the latest update for pcANYWHERE CE which
offers compatibility with Windows CE 2.0.
This update can be downloaded from our web site using the following URL:
http://www.symantec.com/techsupp/files/pca/pcanywhere_for_ce.html
The update file for pcANYWHERE CE is CEUP1_2.EXE.
Once you have downloaded the file to your CE machine, double click on the
file to expand and execute the update.
The following document provides instructions for installing pcANYWHERE CE.
Document Title: pcANYWHERE CE Installation

Good luck and please let me know if the issue continues.
