Where is setup.exe

When the pca32_80.exe was unzipped, it should have created a \Pca32
directory. Within this directory there should be 7 subdirectories.
SETUP.EXE is found in the Disk1 directory. If this is not the case, double
click pca32_80.exe so it can re-do the unzip process. Confirm the
directory location before unzipping the file.
