Can the remote use the keyboard if the host is logged onto the
operating system, not at the Logon screen? If so, is the host using
Novell Client32?
This type of an issue can be caused by using the Novell Client under
Windows NT. It replaces the MSGINA.DLL file with its own file, and
causes file conflicts with pcANYWHERE32's AWGINA.DLL. This causes
either file transfer to appear and disappear, or the inability to
logon to NT.
The best solution is to uninstall pcANYWHERE32 on the host, and then
reinstall it. If this does not resolve the issue, you may need to edit
the registry to correct the path names for the GINA.DLL files.
For more information on troubleshooting GINA.DLL issues, I recommend
the following document that is available on our Knowledge Base:
What is a GINA?

Ctrl+Alt+Del to the Host

Please note that pcANYWHERE32 version 7.0 was discontinued nearly two
years ago, and version 7.5 was discontinued over a year ago, and are
no longer supported by pcANYWHERE Technical Support. If the above
recommendations do not resolve your questions or issues, I recommend
upgrading to pcANYWHERE32 version 8.0 for continued assistance.
While Symantec no longer provides direct technical support for
pcANYWHERE32 version 7.0 or 7.5, it does provide extensive online
documentation for them that is available in our Knowledge Base on the
following web page:
pcANYWHERE Knowledge Base

Please let us know if you continue to have this issue after trying
these recommendations, and if you have upgraded to pcANYWHERE32
version 8.0. Good luck.
