Please note that pcANYWHERE32 version 7.5 was discontinued over a year
ago, and is no longer supported by pcANYWHERE Technical Support. If
the below recommendations do not resolve your questions or issues, I
recommend upgrading to pcANYWHERE32 version 8.0 for continued
assistance.

This may be an issue of something else running in memory on the host B
computer that is causing pcANYWHERE32 to Fatal Exception. I recommend
uninstalling pcANYWHERE32, clean booting so that nothing else is
running (this is important), and then reinstalling it. When you clean
boot, the only things that should be left on the CTRL+ALT+DEL Close
Program list will be Explorer and SysTray; end task on all other items
there. If the issue continues after that, then most likely something
else beyond pcANYWHERE32 is causing this issue.

While Symantec no longer provides direct technical support for
pcANYWHERE32 version 7.5, it does provide extensive online
documentation for it that is available in our Knowledge Base on the
following web page:

pcANYWHERE Knowledge Base
http://www.symantec.com/techsupp/pca/kbase_pca.html

Please let us know if you continue to have this issue after trying
these recommendations, and if you have upgraded to pcANYWHERE32
version 8.0. Good luck.
