Configuration Information:
Version: pcANYWHERE32 8.0
Operating system: Windows 95a

I would like to connect a host in Penna with a remote in Florida
using America On Line. I have printed the articles titled "Using
pcANYWHERE32 over an Internet Connection" and Using TCP/IP With
pcANYWHERE32" from your knowledge base.

When I tried to set the connection up, I received the following error
message:

Communications error - Unable to open a TCP/IP channel. Make sure
that TCP/IP and Winsock have been properly installed for your system.

The IP address is showing: 0.0.0.0 How do I get an address? Also,
can I update Winsock from a web site?

The host is an old machine - 75 Pentium. The remote is a 200 Pentium.
Both computers have a 56k modem. Both computers have America On Line
installed but are running the older version.

I have not used PcAnywhere over an internet connection before.
