File Transfers

Configuration Information:
Version: pcANYWHERE32 8.0
Operating system: Windows 95 OSR2

I am trying to send a file via file transfer. Once I am connected to
the other computer, there is no option for me to find the file I want
to attach and send it. It is my understanding that under Win 3.1
when a file transfer was taking place you would press Ctrl right
shift to bring up the file location option. Since this does not work
in Win 95, I have found no way once connected to send files. I am
connecting to a mainframe that allows pcAnywhere to connect and I
only have 45 seconds to transmit a file or it will be aborted. I need
to know the quickest way to access files and send them via file
transfer.
