I know very little about PC Anywhere but think it is a program that
will allow me to call my home computer from my laptop and do things
on my home machine that I could do if I were sitting there instead of
a hotel.
If that is correct am I also correct in assuming that if I buy PC
Anywhere I could access my Win Fax Pro program and my MS Word program
to set up faxes for later delivery, after I log off and free up the
phone line I am using to call into my machine at home.
Unlike the fellow who posted a question earlier today, I will NOT
have my desktop set to answer an incoming fax as I have a traditional
fax on another line for that purpose, so the only time a call will
come into this line at home would be from me and my laptop looking to
do some work while I am on the road.
Am I right? And if so, how much does PC Anywhere cost?

You are correct in your description on how pcANYWHERE32 (remote
control) works. pcANYWHERE32 allows a remote computer to connect to a
host computer and then physically control it. The remote user sees
everything on the host's desktop, and can access any of its programs,
just as if they were actually there. Think of remote control as a long
monitor, keyboard, and mouse extension from the host to the remote.
I believe pcANYWHERE32 retails for approximately $130.00. For exact
pricing and availability, please contact our Customer Service
