Hello!!

HELP!!! My daughters pc has given her the registry file error
message and told her to reload registry files. She is 2 hours away
in college. We followed the instructions in the manual on pages 6-22
& 6-23 concerning restoration using back up disks. The process went
to 99% complete and gave her the error message of cannot import
a:system.reg. Also, error accessing registry. Is there any other
way to restore these files? I hope I dont have to reload all the
software!!

Hope to hear from you soon!!

James,

At that point, the choices are to restore the registry from the Norton
Utilities Rescue disks, contact Microsoft to see if they have any
ideas, or reinstall Windows 95.

Let us know if there are any other questions we can help with.
