Unable to register

Configuration Information:
Version: NU95 version 3.x
Operating system: Windows 95b

Installed from Boot Magazine disc. Will not accept my Post Code/Zip
Code. Any suggestions because I don't want to pay the current retail
price here of $200 Even when the exchange rate stil makes it about
$150. And I don't want to download the whole program again. HELP!
